Clean-up includes accurately organizing transactions, receipts and accounts from previous periods to bring you up to date and, if necessary, to allow you to file delinquent taxes.

• • Tracking Everyday Activity: Accurate and timely records of the day-to-day activity are tracked using customized categories in the Chart of Accounts.

• • Meaningful Financial Reporting: Running financial reports so that you understand what’s going on in your business along with regular feedback to explain, review and analyze financial statements to keep you on track with your financial goals.

• • Paying Bills/Receiving Customer Payments: Always stay current with business vendors using a bill pay service. Outstanding customer invoices are monitored so that earned income doesn’t get overlooked.

• • Loan Repayment: Monthly principle and interest paid on a loan are recorded based on the repayment (amortization) schedule.

• • Recording “Big Ticket” Items (Fixed Assets): Big ticket items you own are recorded and adjusted based on the asset’s decreasing value over time (depreciation.)
